Have you been wishing to introduce your partner, friend or a relative to yoga? Or been wanting to try something new and test yourself outside of your comfort zone?
Partner Yoga can deepen and expand not just your practice but also your mind and relationship with another person – your life partner, a friend, a relative or someone you just met in a class.
Partner Yoga sequences are designed to bring fun and laughter into the practice but to also develop trust and strengthen communication between people. You will challenge yourself physically too, by using your body strength to assist your partner or by stretching your muscles deeper whilst allowing your partner to assist you in a pose.
Light refreshments will be served during the break.
